Region VIII - Eastern Visayas Minimum Wage 2026
Wage Order No. RB VIII-25 applies one region-wide schedule across Leyte, Southern Leyte, Biliran, Samar, Eastern Samar and Northern Samar, with no geographic classes or sub-zones. Rates differ only by sector and establishment size: ₱470/day for non-agriculture and for service/retail establishments employing more than 10 workers, and ₱440/day for service/retail with 1 to 10 workers, cottage and handicraft, and agriculture. The second and final tranche of the ₱35 total increase took effect 1 June 2026, so the order is fully implemented and no further tranche is scheduled.
