Wage Order No. RXIII-20 applies a single region-wide daily rate across Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and the Province of Dinagat Islands, including the cities of Butuan, Cabadbaran, Bayugan, Surigao, Tandag and Bislig. Non-agriculture, agriculture, service/retail and manufacturing appear as a single merged row in the order, so every sector receives the same rate, with no area classes or worker-count thresholds. The second and final ₱20 tranche took effect 1 May 2026, bringing the daily minimum to ₱475, and no further tranche is scheduled.
