Region I - Ilocos Region Minimum Wage 2026
Wage Order No. RB 1-24 covers Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan with a single region-wide schedule and no geographic zones or area classes. Non-agriculture establishments employing 10 or more employees pay ₱505/day, while non-agriculture establishments with fewer than 10 employees and all agriculture establishments pay ₱480/day; retail and service establishments have no separate rate and follow the same employee-count split. The increase took effect 19 November 2025 in a single full tranche, so these are the final rates under the order and no further tranche is scheduled.
