Region V - Bicol Region Minimum Wage 2026
Wage Order No. RBV-23 applies a single uniform daily minimum wage to all private-sector workers across Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate and Sorsogon and the cities of Iriga, Legazpi, Ligao, Masbate, Naga, Sorsogon and Tabaco, with no area classes, sector split or establishment-size tiers. The first of two tranches (+₱20) took effect 8 April 2026, raising the rate from ₱435 to ₱455. A second tranche of ₱25 raises it to ₱480 on 1 December 2026.
