Welcome to Pinoy Benefits ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at pinoybenefits.com.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Our calculators process salary and financial information that you enter. This information is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers or stored by us.

Contact messages

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected subject and message are sent to our Firebase-hosted contact endpoint. After Cloudflare Turnstile checks the anti-spam token, Resend delivers the message to our feedback mailbox. We use this information to respond, investigate reported issues and manage correspondence. The form does not create a user account or add you to a marketing list.

Messages may remain in the receiving mailbox and provider delivery records until deleted. There is no automated deletion schedule in the contact service. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact details below; provider backup and log retention may differ. Do not include passwords, OTPs, government ID numbers, financial account details or medical records.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

• Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)

• Pages visited and time spent on pages
• Referring website
• Approximate geographic location (country/region level)

How We Use Your Information

In addition to responding to messages, we use visit information to:

Your choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google advertising and analytics storage are disabled for your entire visit through the Google Consent Mode defaults used by our tags. We do not currently collect consent through a certified consent platform. Google tags may still send cookieless signals. This setting does not govern every third-party service; see the separate search disclosure below.

Elsewhere, including the Philippines, Google analytics and advertising cookies are permitted by our tag defaults; actual storage depends on the services loaded and your browser settings. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking them does not stop you using the calculators or guides — those run entirely in your browser.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is not covered by the regional setting above, because it uses no cookies and does not identify or fingerprint visitors. It runs on every visit.

Third-Party Services

Google AdSense

Google AdSense code is included on eligible content pages. Advertising, when enabled, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and calculators people use. It records page views and a small number of interactions — running a calculator, opening a calculator from a link, following a link to a government website. We do not send it your name, email address, or anything you type into a calculator. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Programmable Search

Our search page uses Google Programmable Search. When you open that page or run a search, your query and connection details go to Google, which may use its own cookies. This is Google's own service and is not governed by the regional setting described above, so avoid the search box if you would rather not contact Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs on that page and processes browser and connection information for security checks; the resulting token is sent with your message. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic and performance measurement. It does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions and Resend

Google/Firebase serves the site and processes contact requests; Resend provides email delivery. These providers may process connection metadata, operational logs and, for contact delivery, your submitted message. Their infrastructure may process data outside the Philippines. What stays on your device

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The salary, contribution, and loan figures you enter are never sent to us and are never stored on our servers.

The Resume Builder saves your draft in your own browser's local storage so you do not lose it on refresh. That draft can include your name, contact details, address, date and place of birth, civil status, religion, government ID numbers and a photo. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and remains until you clear it. Use the Clear Data button on that page, or clear your browser's site data, to delete it — and avoid entering details you would rather not keep if you are on a shared or public computer.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of certain data collection
