Minimum: At least 1 monthly contribution paid before the semester when the disability occurred.

Types of Disabilities

Permanent Partial Disabilities

Complete and permanent loss of:

Limbs and Extremities:

  • One thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, or little finger
  • One big toe
  • One hand or arm
  • One foot or leg

Sensory Organs:

  • One or both ears
  • Hearing of one or both ears
  • Sight of one eye

Permanent Total Disabilities

  • Complete loss of sight of both eyes
  • Loss of two limbs at or above ankles or wrists
  • Permanent complete paralysis of two limbs
  • Brain injury resulting in incurable imbecility or insanity

Monthly Pension

Eligibility: At least 36 monthly contributions before disability.

Minimum Monthly Pension:

Pension Cancellation
